Firstly, we can increase the inductance and output capacitance filtering. To put it simply, since the current fluctuation in the inductance is inversely proportional to the value of the inductance, and the ripple of the power adapter is inversely proportional to the value of the output capacitance, we can increase the inductance and capacitance to reduce the ripple of the power adapter.
Secondly, we can combine the capacitor C or RC on the diode. The purpose of this is mainly to suppress the high frequency oscillation, but the value has to be determined by many tests, because if the value is not selected properly, it may be counterproductive, so this method must be chosen carefully.
Third, it is connected with LDO filtering, which is the most effective method, but also has the highest cost and high power consumption.
Fourth, add a primary LC filter. LC filter has a good inhibitory effect on the ripple of power adapter.
